STATE BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

April State Board of Directors Meeting will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2003, hosted by Kings #9 & Fresno #10.

Room accommodations at Radisson Inn, 2233 Ventura Avenue, Fresno, CA 93721; telephone (559) 268-1000. Cabrillians will make their own room reservations directly with Radisson Inn as follows:

ROOM RATES: $84.00 per night, plus tax. When making your reservations, please state you are with the Cabrillo Clubs

ROOM RESERVATION DEADLINE: APRIL 15, 2003. (All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card or accompanied by a first night’s room deposit. CANCELLATIONS must be made by 6:00 p.m. on the expected day of arrival. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.

DEADLINE FOR DINNER/DANCE RESERVATIONS--APRIL 15, 2003: $30.00 per person. (In order to begin in a timely manner, please arrive at Radisson Inn by 8:00 a.m. each morning.)

STATE BOARD MEETING and DINNER-DANCE
8:00 a.m.--Registration
9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.--Business Session
11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.--Past State Presidents and Spouses Lunch
1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.--Business Session
7:00 p.m.--Dinner/Dance

State Scholarship Chairperson Loraine Brown will be in charge of screening. If you have never screened before, we invite you to join us. For those who have screened applications before, we look forward to seeing you again!
